ENSIE NETWORK is the European Network of Social Integration Enterprises, one of our network partners with exceptional “on-the ground” expertise. It gathers 31 networks and federations of WISEs across Europe and are actively involved in WISEs policy advocacy and capacity building.
Patrizia Bussi, Baptiste Vasseur and Antonio Contini are ENSIE’s representatives at WISESHIFT and our peers in this journey to highlight the contributions of WISEs to systemic change and sustainable development.
When we asked them how ENSIE can contribute to WISESHIFT and vice versa, here’s what they said:
“Research has strengthened the advocacy work that ENSIE does and therefore strengthened WISEs around Europe. It has already helped structure our knowledge on skills and with WISESHIFT we will be able to combine it with a systemic approach (looking at other economic actors, job quality) from a multi-level perspective, which will will be groundbreaking!
In this sense, WISESHIFT represents a unique opportunity to provide concrete evidence on the added value of WISEs, reinforcing their recognition not only as actors of inclusion but also as strategic contributors to the green transition.
